Hobbies

I have a hard time allocating my time for hobbies or fun. Most of my time is devoted to my recovery.  I feel like I’m wasting time if I’m not working. Watch TV? Not me! I’m usually too busy working or exercising.

I got a Silhouette Cameo as an early birthday gift.  It is a vinyl cutter amongst other things. I’m trying my best not to feel guilty about spending time on this hobby. 😦

Learning how to use the cameo involves a significant amount of trial and error. Luckily, there are many helpful youtube videos.

I’ve made signs, human shirts, dog shirts, and decals for my Yeti. I never knew that you could do so much with vinyl! Below, you will find some things I’ve made.

I too feel guilty when I am not doing things. Learning to pace and rest since becoming a stroke survivor has and continues to be my biggest challenge. Really glad you found something arty, it all looks great 😊
